With over 17 years of industrial experience across refinery, petrochemical, polymer, and utility sectors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Padma Bhushan Vasantdada Patil Institute of Technology, Budhgaon, Sangli (Maharashtra) and a Master’s degree in Petrochemical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara (Gujarat).
After completing his post-graduation, he spent a short period in academia at Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani, contributing to teaching activities. He subsequently joined Reliance Industries Limited where he served for 17.3 years, gaining extensive exposure across Operations, Projects, and Technical Services functions.
Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of process technologies and industrial environments, contributing to operational excellence, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.
He also has hands-on experience with commercially used process simulation and engineering tools, including Aspen Plus, PIPENET, Korf, and HTRI, applied for engineering analysis and performance evaluation.
